For Hannah Bronfman, luxury is really about intention. Her triplex loft in NoHo, Downtown Manhattan, is an intricate balance of New York City grit and quietly luxurious charm, prioritizing peace and celebrating the beauty of imperfection.

'I want my home to feel calm, inviting, but also thoughtfully curated,' Hannah shared, as she sat down for an exclusive interview with Homes & Gardens.

'I focus less on perfection and more on how a space makes you feel. I’m drawn to pieces that are both functional and personal, like the vinyl bar in our home, which is a nod to both my husband and me being DJs. 'Our kitchen is such a huge part of our daily lives as it is for most people, so we have a large island that when we entertain, we find people gravitate to it and gather around it, usually making cocktails,' explains.

'I also love my coffee nook at the bar by the dining table. It's nice to have a dedicated space for my coffee, away from the kitchen where my kids are usually eating breakfast. I walk over and have 3 mins to myself to make coffee, which, if the moms are reading this, feel me on 3 mins of peace.'
