Processing and Delivery
All orders received after 12pm PST/3pm EST will be processed on the next business day. We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Options
For orders over $100, we provide free shipping via Economy Shipping. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout - no code required. Please note that free shipping is only applicable to the 48 contiguous states. If you require a quicker delivery than Ground, you can upgrade your shipment for an additional charge. Free shipping offers on oliviapaisley.com are not available for international shipment. Terms are subject to change without notice.
Orders over $500, A signature will be required for all orders of $500 or more, prior to any discounts or coupon codes that are applied. The signature requirement is in place to protect our customers and ensure that your package is delivered to the intended recipient.
International Shipping
For our international customers, we offer shipping via FedEx Economy at a flat rate of $30.00. Please be aware that international orders may take 7-14 business days to arrive from the date of shipment. All international orders are final sale.
Customs and Duties
For international orders, customs and import duties, fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that Canadian customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes once the parcel has reached the destination country.
